Groupons are for new customers only and are valid only for services (type of massage) purchased.
When making your appointment, please have the 8 digit number located under the bar code of your Groupon voucher available. This is needed to hold your appointment.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to call at least 24 hours in advance, I will still make every effort to find another to fill your timeslot. If I am unable to fill your timeslot, the voucher will be redeemed.
To ensure you get the full 60 or 90 minute massage, please check out the directions page which gives specifics on not only how to get here, but where to park for free and which doors to enter through. Many people have lost "table time" because their GPS took them to the wrong location or they went into the wrong part of the building. It's quite easy, once you check out the directions.
Appointment time indicates the time the massage actually begins. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork and to leave time for us to chat about customization of massage, areas that may need extra attention, etc. If you arrive at the actual appointment time, paperwork and chat time is deducted from the massage.
